New Apartment.

We ended up not getting the apartment we really wanted when we got here because they weren't going to be able to get us in over the weekend and we needed a place to live. So luckily the apartment complex right near where some of our friends live were willing to work with us and got us moved in next day. The worship leader from the church we now work at let us stay in their guest house the night before so we didn't have to get a hotel. Ironically they were from Jacksonville too and had just moved here, so we had a little bit to talk about. 

Back to the new apartment though. After finding out we weren't going to be able to get the apartment we wanted, we were a little bummed and weren't very excited to be looking at a different apartment. I personally hated what I saw online but was willing to sign a short lease and just deal with it for a few months. But when we finally got here and got to look at the apartment, our minds were completely changed. High ceilings, big windows, open floor plan, and a sun room? Very cool. Another surprise and blessing. 

We currently have almost nothing to fill this apartment with, its almost three times the size of our old one (its hard to show with the pictures, but its huge). We've been eating on the floor, which is actually kind of cool. But soon we will be getting furniture and all that once we get our first few pay checks, plus another couple from the church is going to be giving us couches.

We love our new apartment.
